Lawn Care
Enjoy the full potential of your landscape!
A healthy lawn doesn't happen by accident — it takes the right mowing height, the right fertilization schedule for our clay soil, and a crew that shows up on time, every time. Turfscapes has been caring for lawns across Longview, Gladewater, White Oak, Kilgore, and Marshall for over 15 years, and we treat every property like it's our own.
What's included in our lawn care service
Enjoy the full potential of your landscape!
We only take on full-service maintenance agreements — not one-off mows. That's a deliberate choice: it lets us keep consistent, trained crews on your property week after week instead of rotating in whoever's available, and it means one call covers your whole lawn instead of juggling separate vendors for mowing, weeds, and beds.
A standard agreement typically includes:
- Weekly mowing, edging & trimming — scheduled around East Texas growing seasons, not a rigid calendar
- Bed and hedge maintenance — keeping planting beds, shrubs, and borders clean and shaped
- Weed control & fertilization — a program built around our regional soil and climate, not a national one-size-fits-all schedule
- Aeration — relieving soil compaction so water and nutrients actually reach the root system
- Seasonal cleanups — spring and fall, so debris and leaf buildup don't smother your grass
Optional add-ons, based on your property's needs
- Bi-annual color plantings (seasonal flowers)
- Ant and flea control
- Irrigation system checkups
- Mulching
- Rye grass overseeding for winter color
Why Longview lawns need a local approach
East Texas clay soil, humidity, and our specific mix of Bermuda and St. Augustine grass don't respond well to generic lawn programs. Our fertilization and weed control timing is built around what actually works in Gregg, Rusk, and Harrison County yards — not a national franchise template. That local knowledge is the difference between a lawn that looks good in April and one that stays healthy through a Texas summer.
